To Whom It May Concern. From Me, A PROTON User.

Hi there, i've been using Saga Megavalve, Wira, Perdana V6, and now Exora Bold. saga megavalve still running smoothly (kereta lama stended la ada problem sikit2) wira got the coolest aircon in town, not engine problem, my V6 never got a serious problem, and had been using the same battery for the past 4 yrs now without changing, no gearbox problem like some ppl had with V6 and now exora bold,been using it for a month now, no problem at all. and kelisa! the nimble and happy car, jaga minyak itam, isi minyak, jaga bateri n air, jalan! radiator changed tho, but after 9yrs!

the point is, no matter how worst proton to others there were even more ppl enjoying their proton and how they're proud of it. to me, proton is my pride and honour. 25 yrs and we are here, and still will be. they surely must be some glitches and faults here and there. some broken, but many repaired and upgraded, some not happy, many of us here happy to drive theirs. but despite all these problems we are here, proton still alive and kicking, making Malaysian at par with other carmakers (or at least try to be)

i'm not asking you guys to buy proton for the sake of patriotic act of oneself, or blaming u for not buying proton, or accusing that you are not Malaysian enough (korea did and doctrinated their ppl to think like that) it's ur money and you deserve what u want to buy. so what's the problem then? i'm only asking you to try respect other ppl's choice as you want them to respect yours. thinking to change to other better car with better priced and more value to money? (not to mention their maintenance and ori sparepart are hard to find) go on, but respect others that use proton, just like they don't bother u when u use mercedes, honda, toyota, BMW, KIA n others.

btw: i've once used ford telestar, mistsubishi pajero, opel cadett, civic and prelude. they all got their own problem (S). so let's just not blame proton then, or go seek psychiatrist and ask for a help.
